USES:
- Helps prevent sunburn.
- If used as directed, with other sun protection measures (see directions below), decreases the risk of skin cancer, and early skin aging caused by sun.
WARNINGS:
- For external use only
- Do not use on damaged or broken skin
- When using this product, keep out of eyes. Rinse with water to remove.
- Stop use and ask a doctor if rash occurs
- Keep out of reach of children. If product is swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away.
DIRECTIONS:
- Apply generously and evenly 20 minutes before sun exposure
- Reapply at least every 2 hours
- Use a water-resistant sunscreen, if swimming or sweating
Sun Protection Measures:
Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging.
To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures, including:
- Limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
- Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.
- Store between 15°C/59°F - 30°C/86°F
- Children under 6 months: Ask a doctor
How to use BeautyBarrier™
- Apply a layer of BeautyBarrier™ on cleansed, dry skin using your hands or our SPF BFF brush.
- Make sure to rub in well before adding your makeup like BeautyScreen SPF50 Skin Tint.
- Apply at least 20 minutes before going out in the sun, and reapply every 80 minutes when outdoors and right after being in the water.

BeautyBarrier™ is a beauty-first mineral SPF50 that combines barrier soothing properties with a hydrating mineral SPF priming base in one effortless step.
How is it different from your other SPFs?
BeautyBarrier™ has a velvety, primer-style texture that smooths skin and helps makeup grip and last longer, while delivering Broad Spectrum SPF50 protection. It’s ideal if you love a soft-focus, perfected base. It has 24% zinc oxide as the primary sunscreen active, and zinc is known for being typically thicker than chemical sunscreens.
What does “Barrier Support” mean?
Barrier support refers to helping strengthen and maintain your skin’s natural protective layer. BeautyBarrier™ contains Cica (Centella Asiatica), an ingredient known for its soothing and skin-repairing properties. It helps protect against UV exposure while supporting the skin barrier to reduce dryness and irritation.
Is it suitable for acne-prone skin?
Yes. BeautyBarrier™ is acne-friendly and non-comedogenic, meaning it won’t clog pores. The formula smooths and primes without feeling greasy.
What does the finish look like?
It has a velvety, soft-focus finish that helps blur and refine the look of skin. It’s glowy, hydrating and provides a makeup-ready canvas. While it does have a tint to eliminate too much whitecast from the 24% zinc oxide, it is not designed as a tint or coverup. Also, due to the high level of zinc oxide, it may not be suitable for all skin tones. Please try one of our 15 shades of BeautyScreen or CabanaClear if this product isn’t suitable.
Can I wear it on its own?
Absolutely. Wear it alone, or under makeup as a primer.
Is it Broad Spectrum?
Yes. BeautyBarrier™ provides Broad Spectrum UVA & UVB SPF50 protection suitable for daily wear. Of course with all sunscreens, follow directions and apply according to the 3 finger rule, plus remember to always top up your SPF when outdoors at least every two hours.
